As Director of Talent Management, Whayne Herriford helps shape the KnowledgeWorks culture and enterprise-wide talent and organizational performance strategies and programs that support the achievement of organization’s business strategies and goals. Over the past year he has co-chaired the CEO’s Inclusion and Equity team within KnowledgeWorks and has conducted diversity related training sessions within organizations throughout Cincinnati.
Prior to joining KnowledgeWorks, Herriford worked as a counselor at NorthKey, a Process Improvement specialist at Northern Kentucky University and in Human Resources for companies like Tri-State Clinical Laboratories, Laboratory Partners/MedLab. Catholic Healthcare West, and Rhino Entertainment. He also has experience with training, development and accounting from Stanford University.
Herriford is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the State of Kentucky, a National Certified Counselor and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources certificate. He is certified in a number of different training programs.
A native of California, Herriford graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Antioch College, an Master’s in Business Administration from Stanford University and a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Northern Kentucky University.
