Heather Muzumdar is a partner in the Labor and Employment practice group in the Cincinnati office of Thompson Hine. She represents private and publicly traded companies in a broad range of labor and employment matters. She routinely counsels human resources professionals and in-house counsel on compliance with federal and state laws governing leaves of absence, discrimination, wage and hour, discipline and discharge matters, trade secret and non-compete matters, and all things HR. When a governmental audit or litigation occurs, she defends and resolves these matters for employers using cost effective and winning strategies. Heather is also the Vice Chair of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative in Cincinnati. She and her husband are raising an 8 year old daughter and 5 year old son and they enjoy traveling and going to Reds games as a family.
