Gretchen is a senior human resources professional supporting Progressive’s Information Technology business where she uses her skills to influence leaders on policies and practice that ensures Progressive continues to be an open and affirming company for all. Gretchen is the former chair of the LGBT+ ERG where she led efforts to increase member and ally engagement using a multi-pronged virtual strategy. Prior to joining Progressive in 2005, Gretchen held a variety of roles in the retail and healthcare industries. She is passionate about equality and served on the board of Equality Ohio for four years. When she isn’t saving the world through human resources, she lives in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband and their French bulldog.
