Don Willis is Senior Counsel – Global Benefits & Taxation for The Procter & Gamble Company and is responsible for advising the Company on employee benefits matters in the U.S. and working with the Company’s global lawyers and benefit administrators on global benefit matters.

Don has a bachelor of arts from Fairfield University and a juris doctorate from Villanova University. After graduating from law school, Don clerked for the Honorable Jane Roth at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Don then went into private practice in the Washington, D.C. area before relocating to Cincinnati, Ohio to work for P&G.

In addition to his legal work at P&G, Don is a member of the Company’s North America Leadership Team for GABLE, its Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning+ affinity group. As a long-time ally, Don is grateful and proud to work for a Company that gives him the opportunity to not only do the legal work he loves, but also incorporate this passion into his daily work life.

Don is licensed in Ohio, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

He lives in Montgomery, Ohio with his wife and his three children.
