Ms. Miller’s current role as the Talent Management Director encompasses enterprise oversight into colleague onboarding, talent planning (including performance engagement, the Voice engagement survey and executive succession planning) and university relations, including the management of the internship program.

With a passion for talent–finding it, aligning it and accelerating the performance of it, she enjoys building and developing high-performing teams and contributing to building a culture that makes for an exceptional colleague experience. Designing and managing talent processes that engage, retain, develop and attract top talent combined with working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to innovate and problem-solve is where she thrives.

Previously, as the Chief People Officer & Vice President of Human Resources & Administration for Navigator Management Partners, Ms. Miller served in a number of roles of increasing responsibility during her ten year tenure. As the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration, Miller was responsible for enterprise leadership of groups that supported Navigator’s employees nationwide including Human Resources & Operations. Prior to joining Navigator, she worked in the HR & sales disciplines for Marriott International and Arthur Andersen.

Ms. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications (with Honors) from Ohio University, a Management Certificate in Human Resources: Selection & Staffing from The School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, Prosci Change Management certification and the Crucial Conversations Training Facilitator certification. In 2015, she received The HR Executive of the Year Award by Columbus CEO magazine. In 2013, she was also featured as a conference speaker at the Great Place to Work National Conference.

Ms. Miller is a Board of Trustees Member to United Schools Network, a local nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives and communities through the power of education. She resides in Dublin with her husband and three children.
