Currently the Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer for Bob Evans Farms responsible for branding, marketing, menu development and marketing communications for $1 company owned operations.

For the past five years, was Senior Vice-President and Chief Marketing and Culinary Officer for Applebee’s/DineEquity where the marketing, branding and innovation work played a major strategic role in the turnaround of Applebee’s from a declining brand to leader in casual dining.

Prior to joining Applebee’s, was the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Brinker International and owned and operated restaurants including Chili’s, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Corner Bakery, On the Border and Maggiano’s Little Italy.

Spent 16 years at PepsiCo/Frito-Lay/YUM Restaurants where held positions of increasing responsibility that culminated in serving as General Manager and Vice-President of Marketing for Frito-Lay North America.

Graduated from the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and Dallas Baptist University Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Marketing and Finance.

Member of the Association of National Advertisers as well we the Women’s FoodService Forum.
