James Hagen is the Vice President of Sales for UnitedHealthcare’s Southwest health plan. He is responsible for health plan strategic initiatives and business operations that include sales, marketing, product innovation, and community engagement. His primary focus is developing new business strategies while creating a consistent, affordable experience for UnitedHealthcare’s customers and broker partners.

James serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross. He is actively engaged in coordinating UnitedHealthcare’s efforts in the community through the UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation.

James currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife, Jill and their 3 children.
