Valencia Kimbrough

Valencia Kimbrough is the Manager of Talent Acquisitions for the Cleveland Indians Baseball Company. Through her 16 years of employment with the Organization she has held a number of positions. In her current role she is tasked with recruiting qualified diverse candidates for all seasonal, part-time, and Intern positions within the organization.

Valencia has a BS in Criminal Justice, and an Executive Masters in Business.
