Carlos joined Vantage Agora as the Senior Vice President for Corporate and Government Affairs in 2015. His current role is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Marketing.
His roles include leading the Customer Experience (CX) team in enhancing the customer experience to increase customer retention, increase market share and
increase share of wallet for each client. The CX team supports all Services and Product customers to ensure onboarding and daily services are performed at peak levels. The Marketing team is responsible for all media channels, including social media, digital media, print, events and branding. The Marketing team also supports all ongoing Sales team efforts.
Carlos has a long career leading teams in product development, corporate procurement, corporate strategy and brand management at top tier organizations like
Travelers Insurance, U.S. Bank, National City, and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Carlos’ multidisciplinary skills benefit Vantage Agora clients by aligning the appropriate products and services to best achieve their strategic goals.
Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Carlos received his bachelor of arts degree in Political Science from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN. After college, Carlos worked at IBM before completing his Master of Arts degree in International Affairs at Ohio University in Athens, OH. Carlos currently lives in Bay Village with his wife and two daughters.
