Mailynh Nguyen

Mailynh Nguyen is the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition for the Cleveland Indians. She is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace College where she earned a degree in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing. Prior to her role with the Cleveland Indians and upon graduation, Mailynh relocated to Washington D.C. where she was first introduced to the world of recruitment when she took a position at DC Energy as their University Recruiter. Since then, she has 10 years of recruiting experience for manufacturing, strategy consulting, energy trading and sports industries.

Since joining the Cleveland Indians, Mailynh has taken charge of all recruitment activities as well as overseeing the internship and development programs. With the Indians, Mailynh has brought her own personal touch to recruitment and makes it a point to ensure that every applicant has a positive experience throughout the Indians recruitment process. Her accomplishments in bringing in top talent and building relationships with top tier schools has earned her awards.

Mailynh enjoys being back in Cleveland and spending time with her family and friends.
