Donna Davis Reddix, Faculty Diversity Officer at Case Western Reserve University, has twenty years of experience in the legal field and higher education. She is charged with advancing the university’s goals of creating a more diverse and inclusive environment for all faculty. Her primary duties center around the areas of climate, culture & inclusion, policy & compliance, sexual misconduct, discrimination, equity, and research analysis/benchmarking. Currently, Mrs. Reddix is a member of the university’s Diversity Leadership Council, President’s Advisory Council on Women, President’s Advisory Council on Minorities, an IDEAL-N Team Partner, and an ex-officio member of the Faculty Senate Committee on Minority Affairs.

Mrs. Reddix is a certified ATIXA Civil Rights Investigator, an Executive Coach with a concentration in emotional intelligence and professionalism, an active member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Norman S. Minor Bar Association, and the NAACP Cleveland Branch Continuing Legal Education Committee. She also co-teaches a university seminar course, “The Meaning of Difference,” that examines the multiple layers and distinctions of race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability and social class.

She was formerly the Assistant Dean of Career Development at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Assistant Dean of Career Services at Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Texas Southern University, Director of Public Service Programs at The University of Texas School of Law, Assistant Director of Career Services and Professional Development at Chapman University School of Law, and Assistant Dean of Career Development at the University of Houston Law Center, and has held numerous board level positions with both professional and community organizations.

Mrs. Reddix received her Juris Doctor degree from Southern University Law Center, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Dillard University, New Orleans, Louisiana.
