Beatriz Jimenez began her career as Salaried Personnel Administrator with General Motors, Mexico, and worked for GM for 13 years advancing into several HR positions in different locations. While at GM she had an international assignment at NUMMI in Southern California and her last position with GM was HR Director for the Ramos Arizpe Complex in which the assembly and manufacturing facility earned the Chairman’s Honors Award in Safety recognition for having the best practices within the General Motors Corporation.

After GM she joined Grupo ADO, as Director of HR, managing HR relations in 13 regions in Southwest Mexico with 9,000 unionized and 5,000 non-unionized employees. Beatriz’s next position was Director of Human Resources at Dana de Mexico Corporation. In 2011 Beatriz joined Dana Brazil Ltd. in Porto Alegre, Brazil, as VP of Human Resources SA, moving to the Maumee location in 2014 as Sr. Director HR, Commercial and Light Vehicle. In 2016 Beatriz became Sr. Director, Global Talent Management in Maumee, Ohio.

Beatriz is responsible for the Talent Management initiatives, providing guidelines and Strategy on a global basis. Beatriz is certified to provide TPS training (Global Manufacturing System), Diversity/Inclusion programs and is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator and speaks 3 different languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish). Beatriz earned her Masters degree in Organizational Development from Bowling Green University in 2016 and currently resides in Toledo, Ohio.
