Angela Holt is the Senior Manager, Human Resources for DSW, Inc. She is responsible for Associate Relations for several functional areas including Merchandising, Merchandise Planning and Allocation, Marketing and DSW’s Commercial Businesses. She has worked for other large retailers like Sears, Macy’s and Neiman Marcus, with 18 years of experience in Human Resources.

Angela’s broad background in Retail Operations and Human Resources has provided her with a strong foundation to support associates from entry-level to C-Suite. This experience has strengthened her ability to impact associate engagement, talent development and diversity and inclusion. Angela’s focus on diversity initiatives, driven by her partnership with associates across functions, resulted in the launch of Business Resources Groups at DSW, Inc. in 2016. DSW is proud to support five BRGs, representing LGBTQ, African American, Young Professionals, Working Caregivers, and Military Associates and each of their allies. These groups focus on advocacy, associate development, and business development through representation and executive support.
