Eleanor E. Biddulph, Leading Fully Present Consulting, is passionate about elevating emerging leaders. Combining 21 years of corporate leadership at Progressive Medical (Westerville) with her formal education at Otterbein University (BA, Leadership Studies, 2013) and numerous community leadership roles, she understands the critical role of frontline and mid-level leaders in carrying out the day-to-day mission of their organizations. Specializing in organizational communication, change leadership, and operational efficiency, Eleanor partners with her clients to learn from the past, evolve in the present, and prepare for an exciting future.

In her one-on-one coaching work, Eleanor helps mid-level leaders recognize that while they cannot “fix” the past, it is within their power to create a new future. Through this exploration, leaders further personal discovery of their authentic leadership gifts.

Certified by the Extreme Leadership Institute, Eleanor facilitates the The Radical LEAP workshop, inviting leaders to cultivate Love, generate Energy, inspire Audacity and provide Proof of the positive impact of their leadership.

In 2011, the Ohio Diversity Council named Eleanor as one of Ohio’s Most Powerful and Influential Women. She served on the Council’s Board of Directors for four years and is a frequent panelist at Council sponsored events around Ohio.
