Rashad Delph is the head of Talent Acquisition for Dana Incorporated a Fortune 5oo company in the automotive industry where he leads all talent acquisition strategy, employment branding, and diversity attraction. Prior to joining Dana, Rashad worked for 10+ years in the food manufacturing business. With years of international and domestic human resource experience, including Talent Acquisition and Branding, Pipeline Strategy, Strategic & Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, and Fiscal Management, including accomplishments and driving successful initiatives resulting in profitability and growth during his tenure at a Fortune 100 corporation.
Rashad serves on the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business Dean’s Alumni Advisory Council, the Vice Provost Alumni Advisory Council, and North Carolina A&T State University Agricultural External Advisory Board to help provide advice and support to achieve the goals and objectives of the respective universities.
