Rooma is Vice President of Marketing at IGS, a Dublin, OH based energy supplier focused on providing homeowners and businesses with Energy solutions. Rooma joined IGS in 2012 to direct Information Technology initiatives focused on Sales and Marketing. After working with the Sales team to evaluate and improve business processes, Rooma led the IT team to design, develop and implement a custom Customer Relationship Management application and an iOS application for daily operations of a newly launched direct sales channel. In 2017, Rooma was asked to lead Marketing to focus on strategic partnerships and deliver solutions based on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Prior to IGS, Rooma was at Honda of America specializing in Quality Analytics, Market Analysis and Information Technology.
Rooma has over 20 years’ experience leading strategic initiatives, reducing operational expenses through process excellence and organizational improvements. Rooma is passionate about empowering people to be their own advocates, be transparent and true to themselves.
Rooma received her BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and MBA from The Ohio State University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). Rooma resides in in Dublin with her husband, Greg, and two children, Ainsley and Jed.
