Devray Kirkland is the Director, Diversity and Inclusion for Cardinal Health, a $121 billion company with over 49,000 employees in 60 countries. His key responsibilities include working directly with the Chief Diversity Officer to develop and implement a comprehensive diversity strategy through related program/initiatives and projects across the Corporation. He helped develop and supports the internal Diversity and Inclusion Council, employee resource groups, networks and teams as an effective means of developing, communicating and implementing diversity initiatives globaly throughout the organization. He also provides direction to business segments on tactical programs and systems related to attracting, retaining and promoting a diverse workforce, while establishing an inclusive work environment in the support of Cardinal Health’s corporate values, policies and practices.
Devray is an executive board member of the American Heart Association of Central Ohio.
Devray received a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Howard University in Washington, DC and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Bowie State in Bowie, MD. A native of Massillon, Ohio, he currently lives with his wife Nicole and his son Devray II in Westerville, Ohio.
