LeRon Tibbs joined Diebold Nixdorf March of 2006 as Human Resources Business Partner. LeRon has a diverse background that includes domestic and global support and 15+ years’ human resources experience in employee relations, immigration, talent management, compensation, benefits, staffing, change management, regulatory compliance, and HRIS administration. He has supported numerous organizations that include : Field Services, Global Supply Chain , IT, Electronic Security, Global Hardware & Software Research and Development, Global Professional Services, Integrated & Managed Services, Global Marketing.
Prior to joining Diebold, LeRon was a Human Resources Generalist for Allstate Insurance Co., Hudson, Ohio from 1997 – 2006. LeRon was an Allstate Certified Diversity Trainer and Human Resources Business Partner responsible for HR related matters within the Allstate Insurance Co.’s. Risk Management Business Center (Underwriting), Claims Reporting Center, Payment Processing Center and IT Department. His responsibilities included employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, staffing, change management, regulatory compliance, and HRIS administration. During LeRon college worked at May Co. in the Men’s Sportswear Dept and later at Dillard’s Department store in the Men’s and Women’s Shoe Departments.
LeRon has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A>), Business/Corporate Communication from the University of Akron, Ohio and is Professional Human Resources and SHRM – SCP Certified.
LeRon lives in Plain Twp, Canton, OH, with his wife Alesia Fontes Tibbs and they are the proud parents of two children, Arianna age 26, a graduate of Kent State University’s School of Fashion and Brennon age 20, who is currently attending Marshall University studying Business Management and a member of the “Thundering Herd” Football Team. In his spare time he volunteers for various community organizations and his church, attends Marshall University football games, reads, attend concerts and enjoys shopping.
