Lauren is a Director of IT Process Management at Nationwide Insurance. In Lauren’s current role, she is responsible for the design, implementation and governance of IT Run processes across the Enterprise. Within corporate environments, Lauren’s strategic leadership is best exemplified by her continued success in partnering with executive leadership to develop innovative, sustainable solutions to achieving corporate objectives.
Lauren’s career has been distinguished by the ability to identify operational improvements and technology solutions that will directly achieve corporate goals and she has often led the execution and change management efforts to ensure the success of these strategies.
Lauren results-driven approach and ability to align corporate and consumer perspectives have made her a sought-after thought leader in companies such as Allstate Insurance, Washington Mutual, Level (3) Communications and various non-for-profit organizations.
In tenured career Lauren has served in various leadership capacities within the following functional areas: Product Operations, Marketing, Call Center, Claims Servicing, Agency Sales and IT. This has enabled her to lead the design, implementation and proactive results monitoring of insurance product launches, sales & support processes, as well as IT build and run management procedures, tools, documentation and analytics.
Lauren received her BA and from Illinois State University. She is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and Business Process Manager/Trainer (BPMP), as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt. In her free time Lauren enjoys time with family and mentoring youth in both her church and various non-for-profit organizations.
