Nancy serves as a Vice President of Business Development for Kettering Health Network where she has been employed since 2007. In her role, she works closely with physicians, administrators, staff and community leaders to build strong relationships that lead to growth in healthcare and wellness services throughout Southwest Ohio. She is board-certified in healthcare management from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Prior to her joining Kettering Health Network, Nancy worked 21 years at Reynolds and Reynolds (with a five-year period at Relizon, a division of Reynolds sold in 2000). During this 21-year period, she held various positions of progressive responsibility including management roles in Operations, Sales, Sourcing, Product Management and Strategic Marketing and Planning.
Being a part of her community is important to Nancy. She currently serves on the board of trustees for several boards, including Clothes That Work, the YMCA of Huber Heights, and the Dayton and Montgomery County Convention and Visitors Bureau. She is a 2010 graduate of the Leadership Dayton program and serves as a mentor to several young professionals.
Nancy is a graduate of The University of Dayton with a Masters of Business Administration and also a graduate of Capital University, Columbus, OH with a Bachelors degree; majors in Marketing and Management and a minor in Organizational Communications. She and her husband Kevin are the proud parents of five children and two grandchildren.
