Lisa Gutierrez serves as Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion for Cardinal Health, a $120 billion company with 37,000 employees in50 countries.She leads the development and deployment of strategies that support a diverse and inclusive culture and programs that foster respect and appreciation for diversity of thought, experience and background. Lisa has a passion for leveraging diversity to help drive business results and serves as a strategic thought partner to over 4600 leaders across all business segments regarding the intersection ofdiversity, inclusion, innovation and Cardinal Health’s commitment ofEssential to Care.

Prior to Cardinal Health, she launched and led her own consulting firm, LG Strategies, LLC, and served as the executive directorof global diversity at Cummins, Inc.In this role, she led all global diversity and inclusion strategies, including internal consulting, education and communication to more than 50 countries. Lisa’s background also includes more than 15 years at Procter and Gamble, Deloitte Consulting and the University of California in a variety ofassignments encompassing both line and staff functional experience in nine different industries.

She holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and Organizational Management from the University ofColorado at Boulder.A native of New Mexico, she devotes her free time to family, which includes her beagle, Kola; friendships; personal coaching; and lifelong learning. She has traveled extensively, both within the United States and abroad.
