Mike Kelly

Mike Kelly is a business adviser and board member valued for strategic thinking, practical analysis, and an emphasis on results. He owns and operates Right Path Enterprises. The firm focuses on leader development and culture transformation by providing consulting, training and coaching services with excellence and integrity.

Prior to starting his company, Mike gained valuable business experience in multiple industries and functions with organizations such as Macy’s, Inc. With Macy’s, he served as a Vice President leading the learning and development function for the Credit and Customer Services business unit of the company.

Prior to joining Macy’s, he served as a sales executive with Michelin, Inc., managing manyimportant dealer and commercial relationships resulting in significant gains in sales for the company. Mike also held roles in manufacturing operations, human resources and project management during his time with the company. He was selected as a participant in high potential senior executive leadership development programs with both Michelin and Macy’s.

Mike serves as a board member for several organizations. He is a corporate advisory board member with Parent Benefits, Inc., (CA). He serves on the board of trustees and as a member of a campaign steering committee for his alma mater, Mars Hill University (NC). He also serves as a board member for the Music Festival Association of Cincinnati, which sponsors May Festival. Additionally, Mike serves as the 2016-2017 District Governor, Rotary International, for Southwest Ohio.

Mike Kelly obtained his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Mars Hill University, and he holds a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University.
