Known for her quick wit and loud laugh, Leslie Bednar is a high-energy force with an intense interest in all things not boring. As a professional engagement consultant, she works to strengthen all types of audiences (members, customers, donors, or attendees) for small to medium size organizations and businesses. After 25 years of organization leadership and nonprofit development work in Geauga County, Ms. Bednar moved her marketing and communication skills to Cleveland in 2014 and started her own grownup business, LLBednar Consulting, LLC. She is the co-founder of The Strategy Sessions, a monthly session of strategic coaching and idea-sharing to help entrepreneurs and small businesses build their success. She is a board member for Plexus, the Chamber of Commerce for the LGBT Community and Allies and was recently appointed to the Fenn Fund Advisory Board. Rumor has it that she was a city council person for a quaint city east of Cleveland, but that she was never a true politician.
