Amy Delp, MSN, RN is Executive Director in The Population Health Innovation Institute, and Inclusion & Diversity for The MetroHealth System. Amy has over 22 years in health care leadership, with significant experience in improving outcomes in both clinical and operational settings.She has been instrumental in developing hospital-wide programs that continue to show a positive impact on patient outcomes. She has recently lead the development of The Center for Care Coordination under the Population Health Innovation Institute which effectively reaches out to patients keeping them focused on health and connected to The MetroHealth Systems of care.
As MetroHealth transforms health care within and around the community it serves, Amy plays an essential role in leading System efforts around inclusion and diversity. Inclusion is a core value for MetroHealth which is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where differences are valued. This commitment is reflected in training around clinical care, hiring practices and extends to vendor selection.
