Roger Rawlins currently serves as DSW’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his appointment, Roger held the positions of Chief Innovation Officer, Executive Vice President of Omni Channel and Senior Vice President and General Manager of DSW.com. Mr. Rawlins joined DSW in 2006 as Vice President, Finance and Controller of the Company. Prior to joining DSW, Mr. Rawlins held several leadership roles within Real Living and L Brands Inc. Mr. Rawlins began his career in the practice of public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Company. Mr. Rawlins is Co-Founder and a Board Member of Handshake America and has served as a Board Member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Central Ohio.
