Amy is the Sr. Director, Human Resources at DSW Inc, with over 18 years’ experience in the retail industry. Amy has held multiple HR roles over the course of her career and is best known for her talent in developing relationships with business partners and building effective teams. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising with a Minor in Business from Ohio University. Amy has demonstrated advanced leadership in the field of HR through her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

As a Columbus native, Amy has demonstrated a passion for her local community as a member of the Board of Directors with Dreams on Horseback, an equine therapy center. She also does work with the YWCA family shelter and is a member of the United Way Woman’s Leadership Council. Amy is a dedicated wife and mother to her two boys. Amy and her husband, Scott have two sons and spend their weekends on the ball fields for a variety of athletics.
