Kelly Fark is a Staff Administrator and Nurse Supervisor at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. (HAM). She manages HAM’s medical programs through case management and support of the company’s care teams at its four manufacturing plants.

Fark joined HAM in 2013 as a Nurse Coordinator at the Marysville Auto Plant, and was promoted to Team Manager in 2016.

She is a founding member of the Phoenix Business Resource Group. Honda’s Business Resource Groups aim to connect like-minded individuals in order to strengthen the company, workforce and community. The mission of Phoenix is to support the physical and emotional wellbeing of Honda employees, their families and our communities for those dealing with addiction.

She earned an Associate’s degree in Nursing from Lima Technical College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing.

Fark resides in Jackson Center, Ohio, with her husband and three children.
