Jerry Mallicoat is co-founder of Rainbow Elder Care of Greater Dayton, a non-profit providing education, advocacy and referrals to help improve the lives of older LGBTQ adults — a continuation of his advocacy for LGBTQ equality over the last 35 years. Jerry has had a 25-year career in both front-line and senior management in health care and health insurance. Currently, he is Vice President of Advocacy & Outreach for the Miami Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Jerry has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from The Ohio State University, and executive certification in healthcare management and marketing from Case Western Reserve University.
