Christopher is the Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion for Consumer and Community Banking within JPMC. Christopher joined the firm in August 2017 after serving as the Director, Talent Acquisition for Mercy Health.

He has over 20 years of experience leading initiatives around pipeline development, diversity recruiting, coaching, training, organizational development, and is a skilled facilitator. His skill sets ranges from work as an Executive and Diversity Recruiter, Business Development Manager, Assistant Dean of Admission and Director of Multi-Cultural Affairs.

Christopher is active in the community through leading roles within his church and Wittenberg University Alumni Board member. Christopher graduated with a BA from Wittenberg University and has been married to Melanie for 20 years and has three children (Kris, Kaleb, and Kennedy).
