An accomplished and highly recognized retail leader, Jody Olson’s career began in 2003 with Walmart Stores, Inc in Cincinnati, OH. She has progressively taken on additional responsibilities throughout her career beginning as an hourly associate, transitioning though management roles in the retail stores into her field leadership role in the home office. Jody currently holds the position of Market Membership Sales Manager, Market 49 for the Sam’s Club Division within the Mid Atlantic Region.
Her proven track record of accomplishing superior results in operations have supported her leading the Sam’s Club organization in driving key business initiatives. Jody’s current scope of responsibility includes supporting a business with over 3,000 associates and revenues of over 15 million.
Her passion and advocacy for women’s advancement and leadership development within Sams and the broader diversity and inclusion initiatives is widely regarded.
Jody earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati. A constant learner and advocate, Jody enjoys giving back and is committed to developing our Associates and youth to realize their full potential through dedicated mentoring and sponsorship efforts within the organization.
Jody, her husband and two children reside in Southwest Ohio.
