Jennifer C Lann is currently the COO and DNOS at Northwestern Mutual/Northern Ohio.

As COO her responsibilities include overseeing the network operations to achieve the highest levels of productivity. As part of the Network Office management team Jennifer anticipates the needs of the office, plans for its development, recommends necessary changes, and takes independent action within areas of authority. She also acts as the DNOS (Director of Network Office Supervisor). This role ensures compliance by financial representatives and their assistants, network office management and support staff with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company rules related to the sale and servicing of insurance and securities products. Jennifer holds an Ohio Life and Health license along with the Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 FINRA registrations.

Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual in September 2001, Jennifer spent a year in Nairobi, Kenya. In Nairobi Jennifer was responsible for maintaining the library and teaching English as a Second language at the All African Conference Of Churches (AACC). The All Africa Conference of Churches is an ecumenical instrument facilitating synergy amongst its members. The AACC is made up of all Christian Church Leaders and institutions who’s mission is to work together for the benefit of the African continent.

Jennifer also spent 4 years working for Oriana House as the Employment and Community Service coordinator. Oriana House a nationally renowned community corrections and chemical dependency treatment agency. They are committed to building stronger communities through safe, proven, and effective programming for appropriate offenders. At Oriana House Jennifer she oversaw a team of 10 who worked directly with the offenders to locate jobs and complete their community service requirements.

Jennifer has been married to her husband Robert since 2005. Robert is an interior designer who works at Jones Group Interiors on both commercial and residential projects. They have 3 children Simon (11), Harper (8) and CC (5) all whom attends St. Vincent De Paul School in Akron.
