Pete Hoeft is an IT Business Integration Manager at Cardinal Health; one of the IT leaders responsible for helping newly acquired companies get their IT systems integrated into Cardinal Health’s IT landscape. Pete joined Cardinal Health in 2006.

Pete is the Veteran Recruiting committee lead on Cardinal Heath’s Veteran and Military Advocates (VMA) Employee Resource Group (ERG). In that role, Pete and team works with Cardinal Health’s Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion teams to help increase veteran hiring. Their activities include working with volunteers across the company to develop reference materials for other volunteers to attend job fairs and contact military Transition Assistance Programs to help veterans network with Cardinal Health hiring managers. The team is also working to increase awareness of veterans, as well as Cardinal Health’s leaders goal to increase veteran hiring.

Pete retired from the U.S. Marine Corps as a Gunnery Sergeant after 20 years of service. Pete is married to Beth Hoeft, celebrating 26 years together.
