Ms. Williams has over 20 years of diverse business and leadership experience. Her technical skills include the areas of accounting, auditing, project management and business development and management. She is the Director of Business Development and Operations of Lardon & Associates LLC, where her responsibilities include launching new business, engineering and executing business strategy and overseeing the company’s day to day operations.

She also serves as Lardon’s Special Executive to The Center for Healthy Families and the African American Leadership Academy (AALA). Ms. Williams thrives in environments that focus on transformation. With signature strengths of Strategic, Individualism, Achiever, Relator and Learner, her role as Director, Strategy & Programs for the African American Leadership Academy involves moving the African American Leadership Academy to its next level through process improvement, brand enhancement and broadening the Academy’s reservoir of leadership perspectives.

Prior to joining Lardon & Associates, Ms. Williams was President of Business Resources Unlimited, a boutique administrative services firm. She worked closely with C-level and senior executives across the nation to execute business strategy through the launch or improvement of high stakes projects and initiatives. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavor, she was part of the Columbus Regional Airport Authority’s executive team. She led the Airport’s Property and Administration Division to create the airport’s first DBE Contractor Program and was directly responsible for negotiating concession contracts that proved to position the airport with several
years of substantial surplus income.

A part of her career includes serving as a strategic administrative partner to C-level and senior executives in a Fortune 500 corporation. She considers that time as her “Management in Training Program.” It gave her a unique opportunity to build a broad perspective on the “Leader mindset”. She has served as the President of the Polaris North Star Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals where she was directly responsible for laying the groundwork that transformed it into an award winning and fastest growing chapter. Her deep knowledge of the administrative profession has made her a sought after trusted advisor by
administrative professionals who are seeking to further develop or transform their career, and by executives with strategies to evolve “business class” administrative teams.

Ms. Williams is the President-Emeritus for the North Eastmoor Civic Association. During her tenure as President, she shaped North Eastmoor’s vision and created a working strategy for building North Eastmoor into the best place to live, work, invest and retire in Columbus. In her words, “How much leadership grit you have becomes clear when money cannot be used to get things completed.” She attributes her neighborhood work to her proven ability to form strong partnerships and collaborations that break down barriers and that move people and neighborhoods to being more than they imagined.

Her formal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. She is a graduate of Leadership Columbus. She is the beloved aunt of four nephews and one niece.
