Rodrigo Montemayor is Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Owens Corning. He has extensive legal experience representing international companies doing business in Latin America, with special focus on Mexico, Brazil and Chile. Before his current role, he was responsible for all legal matters and corporate affairs of Owens Corning in Latin America, and has served as board member of several foreign joint ventures of the company.

Before Owens Corning, Rodrigo was group counsel for Latin America at Johnson Controls and international associate at Cleary Gottlieb in New York.

Rodrigo has a law degree from the University of Monterrey, and holds a master of laws (LL.M.) degree from the New York University School of Law. He has also studies in business management, finance and corporate governance from the EGADE and IPADE Business Schools in Monterrey, Mexico.
