Heena Rathore is President/ CEO of TrueChoicePack Corp., A subsidiary of Che International Group. TrueChoicePack (TCP) Corp. is a leader in providing packaging and disposable solutions. As proven experts in designing, manufacturing and distributing a wide range of green, traditional, customized and private label packaging and disposable products, TCP offers a ‘total solution.’ Our team helps customers through every step of the packaging process ‘from concept to delivery’ to ensure its customers achieve their business goals. Che International Group of companies serve dozens of Fortune 500 companies including Kroger, Walmart, Kroger, Pfizer, Merck, Sysco, Staples, Amazon , Edward Don and many more.

As the President/CEO of TrueChoicePack, Heena Rathore is responsible for managing the overall business including operations and business development. She is one of the founders of TrueChoicePack.

Heena brings over 12 years of unique healthcare, operations and business development experience to the table. Heena has worked with reputed organizations including General Electric, Suzlon Energy ltd., Premier Health Partners, Miami Valley Hospital and First Niagara Bank. Having worked in various management roles, Heena has experience in business development, operations, contract negotiations and finance with a proven track record of successfully managing business operations to achieve outstanding results. Heena’s unique skill set and exceptional finance background has helped her both in managing businesses and exceeding sales and profit targets, invaluable experience that allowed her to successfully start a business from scratch and turn it into a profitable venture.

Heena has demonstrated her leadership abilities in managing a large international supply chain operations and serving large customers including many Fortune 500 companies through TCP’s unique packaging solutions. Under her guidance, BioGreenChoice – TCP’s sustainable food service product line – became one of the leading sustainable brands in the nation. Heena’s recent experience also includes to develop Kroger’s successful and reputed HomeSense brand, and sustainable / organic brand Simple Truth in many disposable product categories. Under leadership, the company serves more than 4000 retail stores across the nation. Heena’s strong leadership and creative skills has made the company win more than 5 reputed awards in the category of manufacturing, Innovation and sustainability. By emphasizing teamwork, communication and attention to detail, Heena offers invaluable business and finance management skills, as well as the ability to develop strong customer relationships.

She is an active member of the community, and as a result of her significant contributions, Heena was a recipient of the 2010 “40 Under 40 Award” by Dayton Business Journal and the “Woman of Distinction” award by Girl’s Scout, Southwest Ohio in 2014. Heena is a current board member of the Biodegradable Products Institute, a gold standard global trade association based in New York City that monitors and issues BPI certifications to biodegradable and compostable products. Due to Heena’s outstanding experience in sustainability, she has been invited as a speaker and committee member in developing sustainability plans and goals by many Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. In the past, she has served as an active member or as a Board of Director for such organizations as We Care Arts of Dayton, United Way etc. Since starting the business in 2012, more than 10 newspaper articles have been published about Heena’s outstanding business leadership, community contributions and championship in packaging and sustainability areas.

Heena holds two Master of Business Administration degrees, in Healthcare Systems Administration from Union Graduate College , NY and in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Heena is responsible to manage the overall business of TrueChoicePack. She is primarily responsible for areas such as operations and business development. Her responsibilities also include overseeing HR, finance, accounting and payroll, legal etc. (work that will be done by outsourced firms). Heena is also responsible for strategic planning, sales and expansion of the business.
