Wanda Dillard, MS, is the Director of Community Development for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. In this role, she creates opportunities for unique partnership and programs that focus on community access to health care. Her areas of expertise include: health disparities, health access, implicative bias, and community-based health programs. She provides oversight to three free clinics, several infant mortality initiatives, and staff volunteer program, partners in education and is active member of Wexner Medical Center’s Diversity Council. She is a season grant reviewer for Department of Health and Human Services, Commission on Minority Health, HIV/AID Bureau, Primary Care Bureau and United Way. Ms. Dillard holds a bachelor degree in Life Science from Otterbein College and a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from Central Michigan University. She is a retired Major of the Ohio Army National Guard.
