Charmaine is a collaborative and energetic leader who thrives on helping teams optimize performance. With extensive experience in workshop facilitation, human resources, instructional design, leadership development, mentoring, organizational development, call center management and training, change management, and team building, she believes that diversity inspires innovation and is the secret to sustainable success for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Charmaine’s career began in the financial services industry. She worked for Ohio Savings Bank, National City Bank, and Parkview Federal Savings Bank before moving into the retail industry. At Signet Jewelers, Charmaine was responsible for consulting, assessing needs, and providing strategic and inclusive solutions. She launched Signet’s four initial Business Resource Groups, employee-led teams focused on engaging Team Members in building relationships and developing creative, inclusive initiatives to support Signet’s strategic priorities. She also supported the launch of the SigExchange, Signet’s version of TedTalks. At Bellwether Enterprise, Charmaine is collaborating with business partners to create the organization’s training strategy which includes overseeing implementation and evaluating outcomes. She will engage internal and external stakeholders to identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives to support and expand the organization’s brand.

Charmaine earned a Master’s degree from Cleveland State University in Psychology with a specialization in Diversity Management and Organizational Leadership. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Wright State University in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations. Charmaine and her family reside in Southeast Cleveland where she is actively involved in volunteer activities including board membership across Northeast Ohio with a focus on helping individuals develop their authentic leadership strengths, increase emotional intelligence self-awareness, and develop better relationships.
