#BreakingBarriers

The purpose of the LGBTQ+ Roundtable event is to capture the cooperative spirit and momentum gained during June, a month of Pride celebration in Cleveland, and leverage it into advocacy and inclusion in our business community. This event will address the topic; Breaking Barriers: Moving from Awareness to Advocacy. We aim to present resources, business best practices and policies, and personal use cases to elevate the conversation regarding workplace equality for the LGBTQ+ community.
