Tim has the honor of serving as the first chief innovation officer at The Ohio State University College of Nursing, where he also is a clinical instructor of practice and student in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program. His healthcare experience spans from neurosurgical research on Tethered Spinal Cord Syndrome to designing educational programs to improve skills of the healthcare workforce in India, designing clinical spaces and transitioning organizations into new physical locations. His true passion, however, is developing novel commercial innovations to enhance patient outcomes. His latest invention—a visual communication tool for healthcare teams—is currently being piloted by the emergency departments in the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and The James Comprehensive Cancer Center. Outside of his role at Ohio State, Raderstorf is an avid curator of curiosity.
