Rhonda Talford Knight, PhD. has over 18 years of experience developing and implementing D&I strategies. In her role as CEO of her own consulting firm, she is proud to work with clients to create a foundation of inclusion, equity and sustainable practices. As former D&I manager with Huntington Bank, she helped to increase workforce diversity, develop workplace inclusion, and foster community engagement.

Recognized nationally and internationally for her work, Rhonda was named 2018 Women Worth Watching @Profiles in Diversity Journal http://www.womenworthwatching.com/rhonda- talford-knight/. She holds from The Ohio State University a doctoral degree in Social Studies and Global Education with a focus in Cultural Competency and Technology.

Rhonda is committed to supporting women and girls, and volunteers in various capacities with: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. – Alpha Sigma Omega Chapter of Columbus, Ohio, Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland, Columbus School for Girls, Dress for Success, WELD, and the Women’s Fund. She is also a founding member of the Matriots, an Ohio independent political action committee, a board member for: ROXTM (Ruling Our Experiences), which is the national leader on research, education and programming for girls, The Childhood League Center where they are committed to serving children under the age of 6 with developmental delays, and WSBA who supports women small business owners throughout Central Ohio. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Rhonda resides in Canal Winchester with her two daughters.
