The purpose of this event is to bring together companies from across Ohio and Indiana to engage in collaborative conversation around creating more inclusive structures for the disabled workforce community. We will explore education and case-studies that allow for better recruitment, more effective retention, and an inclusive culture.
Across the employment landscape of our region, from tech to manufacturing, from finance to healthcare, and from retail to public service, individuals with disabilities are making their places of work more positive, more productive, and more profitable.
